Meet Your Teacher

Stop and talk to your Introduction to Business teacher after class or make an appointment to meet during their office or student hours. Introduce yourself, tell them the results of your career assessment, and tell them what your career goal is. If you are still undecided, it’s perfectly fine to mention that. In fact, your teacher will probably have some suggestions for how you can do some exploration and make a decision. You can also ask your teacher how they decided to study business and what led them to their first job after college. Your teacher can become part of your network as well, providing academic and career advice not just during this class but beyond.
