Calendar Tools: Apply It 1

  • Create appointments and meetings
  • Use scheduling assistant and room finder
  • Share your calendar and view shared calendars

If you haven’t done so already, create an account with Outlook at Outlook.com.

  1. Open your Outlook.com Inbox in your web browser.
  2. Add a recurring appointment for each class you are taking this semester.
  3. Share your Outlook calendar with your college email account.
  4. Take a screenshot of the calendar with your class schedule and a screenshot of what the shared calendar invite looks like from your college email account.
  5. Save both screenshots in a document called LastName_SharedCalendar.docx. This assignment is ready to submit to your instructor as needed.
