Jose works as a customer support representative for an e-commerce company. His job includes a high volume of emails. Let’s review some of the automated features of Outlook that Jose can use to organize his work.

Every day at 11am, Jose receives a summary email of the customer support “tickets” (a record of the customer inquiry or complaint) he completed in the previous day. This summary email doesn’t contain any urgent information that Jose needs to act on, but he wants to keep these emails for his own personal records.Certain clients need to take priority in Jose’s workday.
