Transition Effects: Apply It 1

Open the presentation saved as LastName_QuarterSales.ppxt. If needed you can download the original unedited PowerPoint presentation here.

  1. Transitions: Put a different transition between each slide
  2. Animations: Add in a variety of animations to a few slides in the presentation and save your work again.
    1. Select the sales team and add a “Fly In” animation applied “One by One”

There is a drop-down menu open under the "Effect Options" for a "Fly In" animation. The options displayed include various directions for the animation to start: From Bottom, From Bottom-Left, From Left, From Top-Left, From Top, From Top-Right, From Right, From Bottom-Right. Additionally, there are options to animate "As One Object," "All At Once," or "One By One." On the slide itself, there is an organizational chart with names and titles of team members, alongside bullet points listing team achievements and activities.
    2. Select the data table for product sales and add an animation for the entire table to “Fade In” on click.
  3. Run Presentation: Run through the Slide Show to adjust any animations or other things.
  4. Save your assignment!
